Design and Optimization for Light Source on High Spectral Information Collection of Crop Canopy

[Objective] The aim was to design and optimize light source,so as to overcome influence of environment factors to spectral data and accurately obtain spectral data of crop canopy.[Method] The artificial light in uniform light box was used to provide stable detection environment for spectral collection,the visible-near infrared light source system consists of the halogen lamp and D65 standard light source group.[Result] The optimal structure parameters on the light distance,object distance and diameter of light source system were obtained by the three factors quadratic regression orthogonal test.[Conclusion] The spectroscopic measuring system could overcome influence of environment factors to the detection,and realize the effective collection of canopy spectral information and the accurate extraction of spectral features.
