Research on Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus fr.

[Objective] To study the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus fr..[Method] With water as solvent and ultrasonic wave as auxiliary,the main factors and optimal levels in extracting polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus fr.were determined by single factor experiment,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined by L9(34) orthogonal experiment.[Result] The impact factors on the extraction of polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus fr.were extraction temperature,ultrasonic treatment time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions were 30 min ultrasonic processing time,1∶ 25 g/ml solid-liquid ratio,80 ℃ extraction temperature and 2.5 h extraction time.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 7.16%.[Conclusion] The optimal technology obtained from the experiment could provide reference for the development and utilization of polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus fr..
