Curative Effect Experiment of Zizhufuxiekang on Piglet Yellow Scours

[Objective] In order to provide the scientific basis,the curative effect of Zizhufuxiekang was observed for 80 clinical piglets with diarrhea dysentery.[Method] 80 piglets yellow scours of natural infection were selected and divided into four groups randomly,each group 20.The high,middle and low-dose drugs group were fed 5 g,3.5 g,2 g Zizhufuxiekang orally respectively,the control drug group was fed 3.5 g Baitouwengsan,2 times a day,3 d.The spirit,appetite and diarrhea cases of pigs were observed after stopping drug until 7 days;the total number of blood hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC) was determined before medication and stopping medication after 2 days respectively.[Result] The cure rates of high-dose drugs group and middle-dose drugs group of Zizhufuxiekang was 95%,85% respectively,it is higher significantly than control drugs group(70%) and low-dose drugs group.The number of disease of pigs in high-dose drugs group and middle-dose drugs group decreased rapidly and symptoms reduced quickly.The cure rate and total effective treatment of high-dose drugs group is the highest.The Hb levels and RBC levels in high-dose drugs group and middle-dose drugs group were increased,and the WBC levels was decreased,but no significant difference(P0.05).[Conclusion] It had good treatment of high-dose drugs group and middle-dose drugs group of Zizhufuxiekang in piglet yellow scours,the dose(3.5 g/head) for clinical application was recommended.
