Design and Simulation Analysis of the ADAMS-based Clamp-style Precision Dibbler

LI Shu-feng et al(College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,Shihezi University,Shihezi,Xinjiang 832000)  
According to the working principles of clamp-style precision dibbler,the seeds' motion process in the dibbler was analyzed.By using the feature-based parametric modeling software ADAMS,the three-dimensional modeling of dibbler components was completed and then simulated for virtual assembly and analysis.The results proved the practicability of ADAMS application in the design and analysis of clamp-type precision dibbler,which reduced the design and manufacturing costs and benefited the technical innovation research.
