Nitrogen Morphological Changes and Simulation in Mineralization of Maize Stalk

[Objective]The processes and characteristics of nitrogen mineralization in lime concretion black soil in the north of Huai River of Anhui Province were studied at various temperatures(10,20 and 30 ℃) and different C/N ratios.[Method]The interval leached aerial incubation was adopted.[Result] The mineralized nitrogen accumulation increased with the temperature rising from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃ while moisture and aerated conditions were good.Ammoniacal nitrogen(NH+4-N) mineralization was faster at initial stage then slow as the extension of incubation time,and nitrate nitrogen(NO-3-N) mineralization was a gradual change with the prolonging of time.Organic nitrogen mineralization was deeply affected by the temperature.Low temperature inhibited NO-3-N mineralization and it became more significantly when the C/N ratios was high.The proportion of NH+4-N was higher than that of NO-3-N at the initial stage,and it revealed contrary trend at the last stage.The soil nitrogen mineralization potential No and nitrogen mineralization rate constant Ko were calculated from one-pool model,which were affected by different temperatures and C/N ratios.No increased with the increase of the temperature,while under the same condition of incubation temperature,No would be increased with the increase of C/N ratios.There were close relationships between Ko and C/N ratios,while under the same temperature condition the C/N ratios increased but Ko decreased.[Conclusion] Organic nitrogen mineralization was deeply affected by the temperature,and soil nitrogen net mineralized amount increased as the extension of incubation time under different treatments.The result was analyzed with non-linear regression procedure of SPSS software,which indicated that one-pool model could significantly fit the experimental data.
