Study on the Application Effects of Xylanase in the Diet of Broilers

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the application effects of xylanase in the corn-soybean meal diet and its optimum supplementation quantity.[Method] The effects of supplementing xylanase in the corn-soybean meal diet on the growth performance,metabolism performance,blood indices,digestive enzyme activity of broilers were studied.The quantitative relationship between xylanase and feed utilization rate was established.[Result] Adding 800 and 1 200 U/kg xylanase in corn-soybean meal diet of broilers could significantly decrease the feed-gain ratio of broilers,enhance the protein utilization rate of broilers,increase the activities of amylase,trypsinase and lipase in the chime of broiler's foregut.But adding xylanase had no significant effect on glucose content in the blood of broilers.The optimum supplementation quantity of xylanase in the corn-soybean meal diet of broilers was 1 200 U/kg.[Conclusion] The research could provide basis for further and reasonable application of xylanase in the diet of broilers.
