Effects of V_(B1) on Cells Growth of Dunaliella salina

[Objective] To explore the effects of VB1 on the cells growth of Dunaliella salina.[Method] D.salina were cultured in medium containing different concentration of VB1 to explore VB1 effects on the pigments production and cells growth and protein accumulation of D.salina.[Result] The results showed that the VB1 had improved effect.In other words,product of β-carotene and chlorophyll a and b was increased,the level of cell reproduction was quickened,protein accumulation was increased.[Conclusion] VB1 can improve cells growth of D.salina.
