Evaluation of Methods for Land Use Change Information Extraction in Macroscopic Monitoring with Domestic Satellite Images

The evaluation of the land use change information extraction methods(difference and ratio) over five different regions was carried out using three domestic images(CBERS-02B,HJ-1,BJ-1).The analysis indicated that the difference method is more suitable for CBERS-02B with the accuracy of about 70% for most regions.The ratio method is more suitable for HJ-1 and BJ-1 with the accuracy of about 70% for most regions.We suggested to integrate multiple domestic images and adopt the optimum method for the land use change information extraction in practical application.
