Effects of Uniconazole Chemical Regulation on Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) Plug Seedling Growth and Development

[Objective] The aim was to select the suitable uniconazole concentration for cultivation of cucumber plug seedling,adapt to the needs of vegetable factory nursery. [Method] Using soilless seedling nutrition substrate of Shenyang Agriculture University as cultivation matrix,the effects of different concentration uniconazole on Ludi No. 2 cucumber plug seedling growth and development was analyzed by 50 cavity tray seeding. CK was 0 μl / L uniconazole,and 5 treatments were as follows: T1( 0. 1 μl / L) 、T2( 0. 5 μl / L) 、T3( 1. 0 μl / L) 、T4( 2. 0 μl/L) 、T5( 5. 0 μl/L),every 6 days on a sampling measurement,a total of five times,dynamic observation. [Result]The results showed that 1. 0 μl / L uniconazole effectively reduced the plant height,increased stem diameter,promoted dry matter accumulation,improved chlorophyll content,rose the photosynthetic rate,conducive to the breeding of cucumber seedling. [Conclusion]The study provides a reference for industrial breeding of cucumber.
