Light Intensity and Power Consumption of Different Light Sources in Chrysanthemum Production

[Objective] The aim was to select the energy-saving and effective lamp scheme during chrysanthemum production. [Method]Some kinds of light sources and their combinations were used to measure the light intensity and power consumption. [Result] A single direct type of LED lamp had the lowest power consumption,the larger light intensity and the weaker attenuation. Among the combination luminaire,taking the special effect of color lamps on the different plant parts into consideration,the combination of direct type of LED lamp bulb and energy-saving lamp bulb got the most optimal results. [Conclusion] Direct type of LED lamp bulb is the most effective,for it has the suitable light intensity and the low cost of using.
