The Karyotypic Analysis of the Clone of Maize Embryonic Cell in Subculture

Zheng Leya et al(Rice Research Institute,Anhui Academy of Agriculture Sciences,Hefei,230031)  
The embryonic cells from the clone of maize immature ear in subcultrue for 47 times were studied in cytology.The variational karyotype:double nucleolars,multinucleus,14 to 20 chromocentres,bigger cell and aneuploidy chromosomes,was observed in the clone because the clone was long subcultured under the condition of 2,4-D and other plant growth regulators.
