A Green Soybean Variety AC 10 Bred by Laser Treatment

A new eatable and green soybean variety AC 10 with high content of protein and fat was obtained by using alternatively the methods of hybridization and laser treatment.The AC 10 had the characteristics as follows:early maturity,wider adaptability,high resistance to disease and high yield.Its total growing period was 110 days.The soybean as fresh vegetable could be picked off when it grew for 80 ̄85 days,and its yield was above 700kg.The yield of mature soybean was about 160kg.The content of protein and fat of AC 10 reached to 48 32% and 21 36% respectively.
