Effect of Mixture Pretreatment of Polyvinyl Alcohol and Gibberellim Acid on Growth and Yield of Maize

Wang Xuming et al(Department of Biology,Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers College,Huaibei 235000)  
In this paper,the effect of mixture pretreatment of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and gibberellim acid(GA) on germination metabolism,growth and yield of maize was studied.The result showed seed vigor,germination were improved,metabolism was accelerated,drought resistant was enhanced with mixture pretreatment of PVA and GA.It was showed that growth of maize was improved,effect of drought resistant and yield increased of maize were very obvious with mixture pretreatment of PVA and GA in plot experiment.
