Customer satisfaction index includes commodity quality, service quality and the environment for shopping etc. Based on ACSI,the contrastive analysis of the cause variable and the result variable of customers' satisfaction index clearly shows both the performances and the faults of the enterprise management center and provides reference for making policy.
