Practice of Incentive Theory in the Reform of University HR Distribution System

DAI Yu-chun (President's office,AHUT,Ma'anshan 243002,Anhui,China)  
Distribution-Incentive system is an effective arrangement to improve workers' activity and creation in universityes.It must form a scientific and reasonable encouragement system by choosing suitable examing method and combining the result of evaluation and the change of salary in distribution system.
