Modern education stresses students are the main part in education,while the real determination of students' main position requires re-orientation of teachers' role.In the relationship with students,teachers should transform from classroom controller and knowledge imparter to the promoter for students' learning,while in the relationship with courses,teachers should transform from passive executor to the constructor,developer and researcher of the courses.
