A sample of 444 children was measured on girths and skinfolds in attached kindergarten to Anhui Normal University on June 5 to June 8, including 222 boys and 222 girls aged 3-6years. Difference of girth and skinfolds thickness between the boys and girls were discussed. The regression equations were got from the measurement, girth and skinfold thickness of each age group were given T test and relativity analysis. The result is as follows. The boys' girths of head and that of chests were longer than the girls were, but the calf girths of boys' were reverse. The skinfold thickness of the boys was thicker than that of the girls. The linear regression equation was positive correlation.
