DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNT OF LEAD BY THE RESONANCE LIGHT-SCATTERING METHOD

Based on the sensitizing effect of lead on the resonance light-scattering system between manganese-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine(MnTSPc) and deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA),a novel RLS method was been established,Under the suitable conditions,the RLS intensity was linear with lead concentration in the range of 0.0-4.0×10 6 mol/L.The detection limit was 8.56×10 8 mol/L and the relative standard deviation(R.S.D) was 1.6% for 1.0×10 6 mol/L lead(n=9).
