Determination of Ascobic Acid at the L-cysteine Self-Assembled Monolayers Modified Gold Electrode

In this paper,L-cysteine modified Au electrode by S-Au bond to form self-assembled monolayers was investigated to discuss the mechanism of L-cysteine modified Au electrode.We found the electrode could electrocatalyze ascorbic acid.The modified electrode was successfully used to determine the ascorbic acid in various samples by differential pulse voltammertry and the result is satisfying.
