Study on the Subarea of Development Function Regionalization in Riverside Area Along Yangtze River in Anhui Province

As the important macro-control measure in the 11th five-year-plan, development function regionalization is completely different from any other regionalization. The paper, taking riverside area along Yangtze river in Anhui as an example and 41 counties as the basic evaluation units, is supported with GIS and adopts the regionalization method of assimilated dynamic clustering and mutex-similar matrix classification with economy-development support and eco-environmental restriction. Finally,preferential development area,feasible development area,moderate conservation area and leading exploiting area are classified.
