Studies on Electro-Separation of Ascorbic Acid,Dopamine and Uric Acid Using Poly(Styrene Sulfonic Acid)Sodium Salt/Single-Wall Carbon Nanotube Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

In this work,poly(styrene sulfonic acid)sodium salt/single-wall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode have been prepared by dropping method.In pH 7.0 PBS,the electro-signal of dopamine,uric acid and ascorbic acid can distinct distinguish on PSS/SWNTs modified electrode.The peak separation value of DA-AA、UA-DA and AA-UA are 158 mV、118 mV、276 mV,respectively.Using differential pulse voltammetric technique may simultaneously detect AA、UA、DA.The anodic peak current was linearity with concentration of AA in the range of 1.0×10-3-1.0×10-4mol/L;The anodic peak current of DA were linearity with its concentration over the range from 7.4×10-7 to 7.0×10-6 mol/L and the anodic peak current of UA was linearity with its concentration of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-5 mol/L.The method has been applied to the detection of DA in samples.The recovery is 102.0-106.0%.
