Selection of administration approach of Navelbine by vein and the disposal to exosmosis

Objective To compare the three intravenous administration approaches of Navelbine and the disposal to the physic liquor exosmosis induced by intravenous administration. Methods Navelbine was administrated through vein with three approaches: applying penipherally inserted central catheter(PICC), elbow single intravenous infusion and intravenous infusion . Results Patients with PICC had no phlebitis and physic liquor exosmosis. Two of the patients infused Navelbine through elbow vein alone had angiitis obliterans. Unnaked eye exosmosis occurred in one of the patients during intravenous infusion. Conclusion In the intravenous administration approaches of Navelbine, PICC is the the most safe approach,then is the elbow single intravenous infusion . And intravenous infusion is unsafe.
