Curative effects of edaravone combined with sodium ozagrei and compound Danshen in the treatment of Acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with edaravone、sodium ozagrel and compound Danshen for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) were randomly divided into two groups:the united group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound Danshen injection plus sodium ozagrel 80mg iv drip bid, twice a day, for 30 days and aspirin enteric—coated tablets.On this basis,the united group was treated with edaravone 30mg iv drip bid, twice a day, for 30 days. The ESS were scored at the 7th day, the 15th day and the 30th day; and then clinical curative effect and experimental examined on blood rheology were measured at prior treatment and post treatment in both groups. Results: Clinical outcome of the two groups on the clinical curative effect and experimental examined on blood rheology were greatly improved. The united Group was better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusions: edaravone is a safe and effective drug for treating Acute Cerebral Infarction.
