Drug Resistance Analysis of 669 Strains Bacterium in Jingxian Hospital

In order to investigate drug resistance and distribution of bacterium, various infectious samples were collected and distribution of the genus and species was analyzed statistically. Kirby-Bauer was used to detect the drug resistance. The results indicated that isolated pathogen had 42 species belonged to 21 genus. The ratio of gram-positive cocci and bacilli/fungus was 28.77% and 2.73% respectively. The ratio of gram-negative cocci/cocco-bacillus and bacilli was 9.20% and 59.28%. The ratio of gram-negative bacterium was higher and distribution of the bacterium types was broad. The drug sensitivity result of 669 strains was that the ratio of MRSA was 20.31%(13/64) and the other drug resistant bacterium were largely gram-negative entero bacilli,P. Aeruginosa and A. baumanii etc. It was concluded that major gram-negative bacilli had stronger drug resistance. It is important to consolidate monitoring for drug resistance and use antibiotic correctly.
