Comparative study of neurosurgical treatments for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To compare clinical effects of three approaches among conventional open craniotomy(COC),key-hole approach(KHA) and guided aspiration(GA)in neurosurgical management for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 32 patients with HICH were treated by the appraches and the results were compared.Results The decide of treatment of HICH should consider age,personal,consciousness,haemorrhage,and position.Conclusion different approaches of HICH treatment should be chosen according to different individual characteristics.
