Determination of Chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping particle by HPLC

Aim To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping particle.Methods Chlorogenic acid was chromatographed on Shimadzu HPLC with a C18 column and detected at 327nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate acid(9∶91).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of the method was between 0.015 and 0.600 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.00%,and RSD was 0.83%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate for the analysis of chlorogenic acid.
