Determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in zhenjujiangya tablet by HPLC

Aim To establish a method for determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in zhenjujiangya tablet by HPLC.Method HPLC was used with Spherisorb C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),with 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(15∶85) used as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 270 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Result The average recoveries of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin were 98.79% and 98.49%.The linear response range lay in 0.1635~0.8176 μg for hydrochlorothiazide and 0.8304~4.1520 μg for rutin.Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of zhenjujiangya tablet.
