Iindividualized surgical approachs to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Aim To study the clinical effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage choosing different surgical methods.Methods Sixty-two patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by hematoma puncture and aspiration,craniotomy accompanied by cranioplasty and putting tube into hematoma cavity and ventricle.Results During three months of follow-up,ten patients died and forty-two patients survived.Of survival patients,two patients presented plant survival status,thirty-four patients moderately or severely disabled,while sixteen patients recovered.Conclusions Individualized surgical methods can reduce the mortality and morbidity in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
