Regulated Effects of Qigong on the Balance of Meridian System

Xin Jianghuai et al
The unbalance levels (UL) and the deviation levels (DL)of the 72 cases' skin resistance for the three Yin and three Yang meridians of upper limbs were examined and analysed simulaneously by jinluo unbalance instrument ( JUI). The results as follows, after Qigong, variety of conscious symptoms of the cases take a evident turn for the improvement. The UL of Pericardium Meridian ( PC0.01 ) , the Small Intestine Meridian (P0.05), the Sanjiao Meridian (P0.01) and the Large Intestine Meridian (P0.01) decreased evidently. However the UL of the Lung Meridian ( P0.01) increased obviously. Comparing with average, the DL of 10 meridians is decreased except the left Heart Meridian and right Sanjiao Meridia. The differences of UL and DL were obvi-ous significant. The research shows that Qigong can regulate the meridian system to achieve the goal of the protecting health and treatment lastly.
