MANAGEMENT AND SURGICAL THERAPY FOR PATIENTS OF GYNECOLOGICAL TUMORS WITH DIABETES (WITH CLINICAL A NALYSISOF 30 CASES )

PatIents of gynaecologicaI tumor with diabetes treated by sur-sery from March,1989 to March, 1994 were analysed. This article emphasized the pre-operational determination of blood sugar, urine sugar and urine ketone,and the rationaluse of insuline in the pre-operative, mid-operative and post-operative period. ALL pati-ents survived with ex pected success, and there was no complication caused by diabe tesMa nsaement and other factors in the trea tment were discussed.We considered that thereare relevant factors between gynaecological tumor and diabetes。
