Solar cell spectral measurements system

Yang Liang Beijing 7 Star Optical Instruments Co.,ltd.  
An automatic solar celltesting system,which based on the comparison principle,is presented for measuring comprehensively the spectral properties of a solar cell.The signal in low level was analyzed by the correlation method.And the automation function comprising system control,data analysis and result display was realized by a digital computer.The system can be used to testing the spectral responsivity,quantum efficiency,spectral reflectivity,and short-circuit current density under the irradiation of standard AM1.5G,etc.
