Exploitation of Healthful Functional Food Originated from Shellfish

ZENG Qing-zhu,ZENG Qing-xiao (College of Food Bioengineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640)  
The functions of resisting cancer and preventing decrepitude of oyster extraction and physiological activities of polypeptides originated from shellfish are presented. The development of healthful drinks and functional seasoning made from shellfish is also introduced.
