Analysis of Nutritive Components of Kochia scopania (L.) and Pteridium aquilinum (L.)

YAO Yu-xia (College of Information and Technology, Jilin Agricultural University,Changchun 130118)  
The crude protein,crude fat,dietary fibre, vitamins, amino acids and carrotene of Kochia scoparia(L.) and Pteridium aquilinum (L.) were derermined. The results showed that both wild vegetables were rich in nutrition.
