Effects of Konjac Oligosaccharides on Antioxidative Enzymes in Mice

The effects of Konjac Oligosaccharides on plasma and liver antioxidant enzymes in mice were studied.Results: Konjac Oligosaccharides reduced the level of MDA in liver and increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver and plasma,especially in the group KOS3.
