Separaton and Purification of L-Tryptophan from Fermentation Liquor

Study on adsorption characteristics of L-tryptophan on 001×7 cation exchange resin was carried out through static experiments.Effects of temperature,pH value on L-tryptophan sorption to resin were measured.Through dynamic experiments,the dynamic adsorptive curve and the dynamic desorptive curve were measured.The optimal operation conditions of extracting L-tryptophan were as the following: adsorbing L-tryptophan by 001×7 cation exchange resin,2mol·L-1NH3 as eluant,effluent was decolored by D315 anion exchange resin,concentrated and crystallized.The total recovery ratio was 73.0%.
