Purification of Theamine with Cation Resin Chromatography

Chen ying * Zhong Junhui Tao Wenyi ( *Shaoxing College of Art and Science Shaoxing 312000) (Wuxi university of Light Industry Wuxi 214036)  
Theanine were purified from the extract of tea callus with 732cation resin colum chromatognaphy. The optimal operation conditions were pH9.18,2/15mol/L Na_2HPO_4-KH_2PO_4 buffur as eluant and the elution rate 0.7BV/h by the static and dynamic state experiments.The yield of the purification was 70%.
