The Technology of Extracting the Pectin from the Plant——Japanese Premna

LUO Wenqian,WANG Jian'an(Chemistry & Life-Science Department, Ankang Teacher's College, Ankang725000, Shaanxi, China)  
The plant——Japanese Premna is widely scattered in the mountains in Ankang, and inside the plant there is rich natural pectin, which can be commonly used, as additive, in food, cosmetics and medicine. Hereby, the technology of extracting is introduced, and the goal is achieved.
