Foucault's Discourse Theory and Interpretations of Literary Texts

YANG Chunfang(Three Gorges University,Yichang443002,Sichuan,China)  
Discourse,which is used frequently in his works,has a special meaning and plays an important role in Foucault's theories because of its power and authority.It is beyond doubt that discourse is a key word to understand Foucault's theories.This paper explores Foucault's Discourse Theory and its implications on literary reading.
