Training Students' Meta-cognitive Ability in the Teaching Process

Meta-cognition is about individuals' interpretation of the process of acquiring knowledge by reasoning or by intuition.It's practically singificant to train students' meta-congnitive ability in the teaching process.This essay presents some ideas about this issue:First,training students' meta-congnitive ability should emphasis on all-round development of every factor of meta-congnition;Second,training meta-congnitive ability shoule follow the process of meta-congnitive development;Tird,there are several important ways to train meta-cognition.
