The Advancing on Hyperspectral Imagery to Non-Destructive Detection for Agri-Products

Hyperspectral imagery has both imagery characteristics and spectral features.It is tendency to use the hyperspectral imaging technology to nondestructive detection for agricultural product quality.Based on the characteristics of hyperspectral imagery and the technology of nondestructive detection for agricultural product,the researches of the nondestructive detection for agricultural product,such as fruits and vegetables,meat,economic crops,crop seeds etc,are summarized.The challenges and the direction of future progress of the hyperspectral imagery to nondestructive detection for agricultural product quality are also discussed.
