Applications of Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism(SRAP) Markers in Crop Heredity and Breeding

equence-Related Amplified Polymorphism(SRAP) is a new kind of DNA molecular markers,which possesses characteristics such as simplicity,reliability,high co-dominance and easily getting sequence of selected bands.SRAP principles and protocols were described and its research advances and application in such aspects as genetic mapping,genetic diversity,gene tagging and so on were overviewed.
