Effect Research of Uniconazole on Soluble Sugar Content and Antioxidant Enzyme Activity in Opium Poppy

Taking opium poppy as material,effect of the different density of aniconazole on opium poppy antioxidant enzyme system and soluble sugar content were studied. The results indicated that high concentration uniconazole had significant influence on antioxidant enzyme indexes than those of low concentration. The content of soluble sugar which deal with low concentration of uniconazole increased as the time and concentration kept up under the treatment.
