Fertility Characteristic and Sulfur Status of Tobacco-Growing Soil of Main Tobacco-Growing Areas in Southern China

oil fertility characteristic and sulfur status of 3 main tobacco-growing areas Jianchuan of Yunnan,Zhenyuan of Guizhou,Ningxiang of Hunan in south China were analyzed.The results showed that the content of available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium in tobacoo-growing soil was obviously high,the content of alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and organic matter was at medium high level.The content of soil available sulfur was at medium level,and total sulfurand was at abundant level.There were very significant positive correlations among the content of soil organic matter,alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen,available phosphorus and total sulfur in tobacco-growing soils.
