Research on Activity of Plant Amylase

ZHANG Chong(Department of Biotechnology,Tianjin Economic Technological Development Area Polytechnic,Tianjin 300457)  
The activity changes of α-amylase and β-amylase which extracted from different sprouting periods of wheat were researched.Adding different kinds of chemical reagents to the system,the chemical effects on the activity of two kinds of amylase were determined.The results showed that different concentrations of Na2SO4,CuSO4,CaCl2 and AlCl3 had different effects on the two kinds of amylase.
