Humic acid is the main components of lignite. It usually has low water-solubility and low biological activity, and the effects were very poor if applying directly. It could be expected to increase its activities applying BYM,and produce humic acid biological fertilizers.Composite microbial strains which ferment lignite were produced by BYM-FOOD and Penicillium janthinellum,Phanerochaete chrysosporium,Strepomyces badius,Sterptomyces flaveolus with different strains and different proportions. The results showed that four days later, lignite surface all covered with white mycelium.Seven days later, lignite surface appeared liquid droplets of different number,Dip and absorpt them with filter paper, appeared sepia to pitchy. The weightlessness rate of lignite treatmented by BYM were(13.21±3.74)% to(18.72±5.17)%.Thus,BYM had good effects of decoposing lignite.
