Producing of β glucosidase by Fermentation

LI Ping 1,WAN Xiao chun 1,TAO Wen yi 2,DING Xiao ling 2 (1 Key Lab of Tea Biotechnology,Ministry of Agriculture,Anhui Agricultural University,Hefei 230036; 2 Wuxi University of Light Industry)  
The isolated strains from soil and the existing strains were used to produce the β glucosidase The optimum ferment conditions were as follows:the pH of medium which consists of bran and (NH 4) 2SO 4,etc was 5 5,the culture temperature was 30℃ and the shaker rotary rate was 140 r/min Under thoes optimum conditions, the activity of β glucosidase was 9 12U/ml
