Climate Change and Optimum Decision for Agriculture in Anhui Province

WANG Xiao rui (Anhui Meteorological Center,Hefei 230061)  
More and more evidence show that the climate become warmer,specially in middle high latitude such as northern Anhui province.By means of objective decision,the author analyse the adaptability and counter measures of agricultural production to the climate change.
