Fixed Frequency Assignment Based on Genetic Annealing Algorithm in Cellular Mobile Communication

This paper analyzed the frequency problem in cellular mobile telephone communication.Fixed frequency assignment based on genetic annealing algorithm which annealing algorithm was introduced into genetic algorithm in cellular mobile telephone communication was proposed,it improved performance of genetic algorithm and increased the convergence velocity by annealing lighted choice pressure of genetic algorithm and performance of mountain climbing.Experimentation proved that the convergence velocity of genetic annealing algorithm is faster than that of genetic algorithm.
