Seasonal dynamics of four kinds of microelements in the leaf of Paulownia

Seasonal dynamics of content and accumulation of four kinds of microelements in the leaf of Paulownia were studied.The result showed: 1)Cu content in Paulownia leaf decreased over the growth time.It is low in the beginning of the growth season and reaches a valley in the early days of June.From the middle of July to leaf falling,it increases all along.Fe content declines in the early and goes up from the late of May or the early of June.Zn content is low in the beginning and goes back high in the early of June.It comes down from the middle of July and goes high in the coming leaf falling because of nutrients return.Mn element content is low in the beginning and reaches the top in the middle of August.From that time,it declines and reaches the balance in the last.2)Cu and Fe accumulation in the single leaf of Paulownia are similar with its content in the growth season.Zn accumulation is the highest in the beginning and declines later.In the late of May or early June,it goes back high.From the early or middle of July to leaf falling,it decreases with waving tendency.In the some day before falling,it is the lowest.Mn accumulation rises all long in the whole season.Its increasing rate in the beginning is bigger than that from the late of June to leaf falling.
