Research on nitrogen and phosphorus content in soil of different forest types in Xiaokeng

The distribution of soil total nitrogen,soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus in different forest types in Xiaokeng,the part of Laoshan Natural Conservation area in Anhui Province were studied.The result showed that the content of soil total N have obvious regularity in different forest types,the order of the content is bamboo forest broad-leaved deciduous forestconiferous forest the broad-leaved evergreen forest above 20 and under 20 years broad and needle mixed forest.In the same depth,the content of total nitrogen of broad-leaved deciduous forest in 0~10 cm depth is maximum,and the average total nitrogen of the bamboo forest is maximum in 10~20 cm and 20~30 cm.The available phosphorus content of broad-leaved deciduous forest is maximum,and the available phosphorus content of coniferous forest is minimum,the deviancy is very big,which is mainly related to the human being′s activities and the way of soil usage.But the total phosphorus content of different forest types is basically identical,which affected largely by soil mother quality.
